convenient location efficient key system friendly staff
I appreciated the hotel's location near the venue. It was very convenient. the key system worked well, and i found it easy to understand. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering information when i needed it.
the hotel sign indicated a restaurant, but this was misleading. there were no on-site restaurant facilities. i specifically wanted an evening meal at the hotel.

we had great communication from the staff before hand to explain the app needed for access. the room was spacious and offered plenty of storage. a large tv was in the room with a few channels.
the parking situation was somewhat annoying and deters me from staying again. i paid £10 for a space i only used for a couple of hours. on returning a couple of hours later there were no spaces and i parked on the road.

parking fee two-pin plug
the parking fee felt excessive, especially since spots are not guaranteed. i paid £10, left for a short time, and returned to find no available spaces. also, the hairdryer in the room had a two-pin plug. i couldn't locate a compatible socket anywhere in the room. it was frustrating!!!

The staff offered great communication prior to arrival, explaining the app needed for access! the room provided ample space with adequate storage options. It also included a LARGE tv for relaxation. discovering a VALUABLE item left behind, the staff contacted me, showing their lovely integrity. location was perfect for the bic, approximately a ten minute walk away.
I noticed dirty marks on the wardrobe, SUGGESTING it had not been cleaned to perfection. This was a minor detail only.

the receptionist greeted me with a smile and provided helpful information about the hotel amenities! the room had ample space and the bed was comfortable. i found the location to be very convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions. I appreciated that the hotel had parking available, even if spaces were a little limited, it was very useful.
The shower temperature fluctuated, a bit difficult to maintain a consistent and enjoyable water flow. That needs adjustment.

the room was bright and spacious, a true haven after a long day. the bed was comfortable, a cloud i could sink into each night. it was just a short distance from everything, a perfect location indeed!!!
the wifi did not work, a real disappointment in our modern age. the parking cost ten pounds but did not guarantee a space. the shower was a lukewarm trickle, a minor inconvenience, but it was still there.

fantastic family stay!
helpful staff quick change first-floor room
The staff were accommodating, especially when we arrived early. They allowed us to check in right away. the family room was initially on a higher floor, but they quickly moved us to a first-floor room due to my husband's mobility issues. this quick change only took about 15 minutes (i really appreciated that).
i found that the hot water in the bathroom wasn't working late at night, a bit inconvenient.
